British Efficiency

With the brilliant organisation of the Baghdad hangings one wonders if it hasn't been outsourced to British Rail. Or maybe the NHS.

So far, travelling by train in Britain only costs you an arm and a leg; not a head. But the NHS, I'm told, does keep you hanging about interminably.

Well maybe not the NHS either. Because the guy fell on the floor. His body in one place his head in another. Maybe the Home Office after all.
